Annex 43 is located at the base of the Guérande ramparts, providing easy access to various amenities. The living room is equipped with a TV for entertainment purposes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (160) for a good night's sleep. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and toilet. Direct access to the terrace is available, where guests can enjoy the garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, and the overall beautiful garden.As part of your rental, bed linen will be freshly made upon your arrival, and shower sheets and towels will be provided. Additionally, kitchen linen is included. The essential amenities provided include a private parking spot and WIFI access.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and costs 3.5 units. Visitors are also required to pay the necessary tourist tax.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, pets are not allowed and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
The rental period for Annex 43 is a minimum of two nights, while in July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Guests can check-in from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
