This spacious apartment, located just a few minutes away from the stunning beaches and coves of Gosier, is perfect for a group of 4 people. With its well-equipped amenities, including a lovely deck and a refreshing small pool called "punch box," it provides the ideal space to cool off and enjoy your vacation.The apartment is not only functional but also conveniently situated between the city and the countryside, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a central location. Despite being in a less touristy area of Le Gosier, our holiday accommodation ensures that you are close to everything. You can easily access the beach, go shopping, or explore various parts of the Guadeloupe Archipelago.
Inside the apartment, you will find a comfortable air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm). The lounge area offers a perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. You can even enjoy a foosball game! The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, and you can take advantage of amenities such as Wi-Fi and Canalsat TV. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table for 4 on your balcony. The bathroom features a balneo shower, a spacious double sink, and a toilet.
This apartment also includes mosquito nets, ironing facilities, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fan, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and a cot (available upon request). With a total area of 50 m2 and a beautiful private wooden terrace of 25 m2, this accommodation offers plenty of space. It has an independent entrance and is located within the owner's villa.
The price includes towels, bed linen, and the tourist tax. You can conveniently park your vehicle on-site in a private parking space secured by an automatic gate. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and pets and parties are not allowed.
