Welcome to this charming, recently renovated cottage that can comfortably accommodate 1-4 people. Nestled in the picturesque port of Lyvet, near the enchanting towns of Dinan and Saint-Malo, this delightful abode offers a total surface area of 40 m2. On the ground floor, you will find the welcoming entrance and a fully equipped bathroom. Upstairs, the living and sleeping area, along with the well-appointed kitchen, provide a mesmerizing view of the Rance river. Our aim was to create a cozy atmosphere by using high-quality materials and tasteful decor. This cottage is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay on the banks of the Rance, while still being conveniently close to restaurants and local attractions. Additionally, there is a small terrace located upstairs. Please note that during the high season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Access to the rental is via a communal road. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and bathroom (featuring a toilet, washbasin, and shower). A charming spiral staircase leads to the well-lit upper floor, which boasts two windows facing east and west. Here, you will discover the kitchen area, the terrace, and the comfortable living and sleeping space, complete with convertible sofas and a captivating view of the harbor.Reviews
