Welcome to our charming residence nestled amidst lush green surroundings in Moselle. Situated in the residential area of Fameck, our house offers easy access to various popular tourist destinations such as the Amnéville thermal baths, as well as Luxembourg, Belgium, and Germany (with the highway conveniently located just 500m away).You will have the pleasure of staying in a spacious detached house with a raised ground floor, encompassing an area of 80m², perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The interior features a generously sized living room equipped with a widescreen LCD TV, satellite connection, WiFi, DVD player, and stereo system. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and complete set of crockery. For your comfort, the house is equipped with electric central heating, as well as a pellet stove.
