- The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded land
- BBQ facilities and an outdoor warm shower are available
- The barn has a total surface area of 150m²

Location:
- 3km from the A63 motorway, exit n°11, between Magescq and Herm
- 3km from the village of Magescq
- 20 minutes from Messanges Plage (ocean)
- 15 minutes from the center of Soustons
- 20 minutes from Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau

Bed linen (sheets, covers, pillows), bath mats, 4 towels, and kitchen towels are provided.

Entertainment options include dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, forest hikes, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. There is no television, but WIFI is available within 100 meters. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide recommendations.

ARRION guesthouse, located 100 meters from the barn, can offer additional bed and breakfast accommodation.

2022 Rates:
- Weekly rental (minimum one week)
- Check-in on Saturday at 4 pm, check-out on Saturday at 12 noon
- Mid-July to end of August: €900 per week
- Low season: €700 per week
- Campers with their own tents: €10 per day per person, children under 10 years old stay for free.
