Situated approximately twenty km south of Rennes and just a fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes Airport, our accommodation is nestled in a picturesque and lush landscape. Surrounded by hills and forests, you will be less than 2 km away from the Vilaine River, which offers a delightful tourist route adorned with charming mills - a perfect spot for leisurely walks or bike rides.

For motorsport enthusiasts, the renowned Lohéac racetrack is nearby, and you can also explore its captivating museum.

Our spacious guest room awaits you with a private entrance. The room is designed in a duplex style, with a comfortable 160-size bed on the ground floor, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to it is a separate bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. On the upper level, there is a large room of 40 m2, where you will find two additional beds (140 and 90), a cozy sitting area, and a range of amenities for your convenience, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary supplies for coffee, tea, and herbal infusions. We have also provided games and books to entertain children.

In addition, we have compiled a collection of informative brochures about the region to help you plan your explorations. We are also delighted to welcome guests with their furry companions, as we have two friendly dogs of our own. If you wish, we can lend you two mountain bikes, one for a man and one for a woman, allowing you to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings.

Directions

The Boulay is situated 20 km south of Rennes. To get there, take the Rennes-Redon axis using the D 177. Once on that road, exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé. At the center of horse riding, turn right onto the fourth road. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at your destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads.

Alternatively, you can reach The Boulay by taking the Rennes-Nantes axis N 137. Take the Crevin exit and then turn left onto the D 101. At the first roundabout, take the first right onto the D 48 towards Guichen. Follow this road for approximately 8 km and then turn left towards the Guichen train station. Once at the train station, turn right towards Guignen on the D 48. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for 800 m until you reach your destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads.
