Moreover, you will find yourself in close proximity to various recreational parks, a casino, the Golf Blue Green, and Ville Marie airfield, ensuring there is never a dull moment during your stay.

Welcome to our charming gite! With an independent entrance, our rooms offer a picturesque view of our beautiful garden and heated swimming pool. Rest assured, the recently renovated rooms guarantee impeccable hygiene and provide ultimate comfort with brand new, cozy bedding (queen size beds). Each room boasts a private bathroom and toilet for your convenience.Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking and we do not allow pets.
Situated within our property, our fully furnished accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It features a spacious living area of 27m², comprising of a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV with satellite TNT. For your convenience, we have also provided a washing machine.
The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed (140cm) and a modern bathroom with a WC. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered terrace, complete with a plancha grill. Stay cool during the summer months with our air conditioning system. Stay connected with our high-speed internet access (WIFI or ethernet).
Rest assured that your vehicle will be safe in our closed parking area.
The swimming pool is shared and available for use from 10 am to 7 pm. Come and experience a delightful stay at our gite!

Directions
To get to Gujan Mestras from Bordeaux, follow these directions: Take the A63 highway towards the Arcachon basin and continue onto the A660 towards Gujan Mestras. Once you reach your destination, you will find 13 Sand Lane, 33470 Gujan Mestras at the end of the driveway.
