"The Mill: A Historic Residence with Modern Comforts

Since its establishment in 1394, the renowned Mill of BOUCHET has been a prominent feature in the parish archives of Saint Hilaire de Mortagne.

Throughout the centuries, this remarkable structure has served as both a paper mill and a grain mill before undergoing a meticulous transformation into a charming guest house. Our dedicated team has diligently worked on its restoration, always with the intention of creating a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Our guest house offers a selection of four tastefully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Additionally, you will have access to an inviting living room and a spacious dining area, perfect for gathering with your loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen, along with a convenient back kitchen, will provide you with all the necessary tools to unleash your culinary creativity.

Surrounded by three beautiful gardens, the Mill also offers private parking for up to five cars, ensuring convenience and peace of mind during your stay. For our younger guests, we have thoughtfully provided a playground and games, ensuring endless entertainment. Families with little ones will also appreciate the availability of a cot and a high chair.

As a testament to our commitment to providing a unique experience, we have introduced a range of friendly animals to our property, including sheep, goats, ponies, and poultry. This adds an additional touch of charm and delight to your stay.
