"Welcome to our charming 3-star holiday cottages in the serene countryside. Our first cottage, named 'Cabernet', offers a spacious 90 m² area that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient storeroom, a cozy lounge area, a delightful dining room, and a fireplace to create a cozy ambiance. Moving to the first floor, there are two lovely bedrooms, one with two double beds and another with a single bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with firewood for the fireplace, a television with a DVD player, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi access.Our second cottage, 'Merlot', also boasts a generous 90 m² space suitable for 5 guests. Located on the first floor, it features a well-appointed kitchen, a practical storeroom, a comfortable lounge area, a charming dining room, and a convenient shower room. Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms, one with two double beds and another with a single bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Directions
To head towards Paris, take exit 40A and continue on the N137 towards Saintes. Once you reach Poteau, make a left turn and then take the first right towards Villeuneuve. Keep following the road for approximately 500 meters until you reach a place called Baillou. From there, continue straight ahead towards Villeuneuve. The Château Mercier will be located on the left side.
