Our spacious accommodation covers an area of 60m² and is conveniently situated on the second floor of our house. It comfortably accommodates up to four people. The lodging offers the following amenities: a cozy living room equipped with a TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There are two bedrooms available; the first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x190) while the second bedroom offers two single beds (90x190). All beds are made up upon arrival for your convenience. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and fresh towels are provided. Additionally, there is a toilet and a washing machine for your laundry needs. Outside, you'll find a lovely garden with a patio, swimming pool, and sun loungers. Stay connected with our WiFi access. If you require a cot or baby equipment, simply request it in advance. We also offer babysitting services and optional housekeeping services. Minimum rental period is two nights.

Directions

If you are coming from Strasbourg or Mulhouse on the A35, follow these steps to reach your destination:

1. Take exit 25 towards Freiburg/Horbourg/Colmar South.
2. Stay on the left lane and make a left turn onto rue de la Semm D13, heading towards Colmar Sud.
3. Proceed to the traffic light and make a right turn onto avenue d'Alsace N422.
4. Keep going straight and at the second light, make a right turn onto rue du Landwasser.
5. Continue straight and when you reach the fifth street on your left, turn left onto it.
6. Keep following this path until you reach the Niederau green house with a deer on the front.
