This charming furnished studio is located on the first floor of a beautiful historic building in the heart of Aix en Provence. The studio is quiet and overlooks a communal courtyard, providing a peaceful atmosphere. It can accommodate 1 to 3 people and is equipped with secure WIFI.The location is ideal, just a few steps away from the famous Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, and the Quatre Dauphins place. The bus and taxi station are also nearby, as well as various shops. The Carnot car park is just a minute's walk away, making it convenient for parking. The TGV station can be reached in 15 minutes by shuttle, and the airport in 25 minutes by shuttle bus.
The studio is situated in the residential area of Mazarin and offers complete equipment, including linen which is provided upon arrival and changed weekly upon request. The cleanliness and warmth of the decor create a welcoming atmosphere. You can enjoy unlimited WIFI and a bouquet of international channels. Additionally, you have the freedom to come and go as you please, making it the best choice for rental housing.
The studio also has an equipped kitchen, allowing you to avoid constantly dining out at restaurants.
If needed, there is an optional separate room called Les Cigales, which can accommodate 1 or 2 additional persons. It includes a double bed, bathroom, and toilet.

La visite d'Aix se fait à pied
Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons constaté que la location de vacances était très propre et bien équipée. La location est au calme sur cour malgrè sa localisation idéale au coeur historique d'Aix en Provence. Il y a un parking 'carnot' à proximité ou la possibilité de louer un garage privé bien moins cher. La ville est sûre et magnifique. Merci Armand pour toutes les bonnes adresses.

séjour parfait
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement propre, calme et très bien situé au cur d'Aix. Les sites touristiques, les commerçants et les restaurants sont à quelques pas. La visite de la ville se fait à pied. C'est une merveilleuse ville. Merci pour l'accueil et les bonnes adresses.
