There are three studio rooms available. The first room is 24m² and includes a bedroom with a kitchen area, as well as a salon with a sofa. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and toilet. The second room is a 10m² mezzanine, furnished with a 140 cm bed. Lastly, there is a private terrace and garden furniture for your enjoyment.Description for Gite
We have two charming cottages available for your stay. Each cottage is 55 m² in size and features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed and two bunk beds suitable for children (all with new bedding). The bathroom is equipped with an elegant Italian shower, while a separate toilet adds convenience. The living room combines a lounge and dining area, and includes a well-equipped kitchenette complete with a fridge (including freezer compartment), microwave oven, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Carte Noire coffee machine, and dishes.Additionally, we have a larger cottage measuring approximately 65 m². This cottage comprises two bedrooms: one with a spacious 140 cm bed and the other with two single 90 cm beds (all with new bedding). The toilet cubicle features a convenient walk-in shower, and a separate toilet is also provided. The living room offers a comfortable space for relaxation and dining, and the well-equipped kitchenette includes a fridge (including freezer compartment), microwave oven, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Carte Noire coffee machine, and dishes.
During your stay, enjoy the convenience of free wifi and parking in the courtyard. Each cottage also features an entrance and private terrace with garden furniture, allowing you to relax and soak in the surroundings (availability may vary depending on the season).
Please note that access to the laundry room is reserved for stays of one week or longer. As a result of the recent increase in energy costs, we have decided to maintain our rates without any increase. However, we kindly request that guests be mindful of their energy consumption. In case of excessive usage (which will be monitored daily), a supplementary charge may be applied.
Please be aware that pets are not allowed in our cottages.

De gite is voorzien van het modernste comfort, de eigenaars onderhouden hun gites en domein zeer goed, alles verkeert in onberispelijke staat. Het was een genoegen om hier te mogen zijn. Ideaal voor rustzoekers.

Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous
Directions
Upon reaching NANTES, proceed onto the A83 motorway heading towards Bordeaux. Take exit N ° 7 towards LUCON. Pass through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, continue following the directions towards Fontenay le comte. After approximately 300m, take the small road on the right. At the stop, make a left turn. Our location is 500m on the right.
