This cottage, situated in a historic farmhouse forge, has undergone a renovation using only healthy materials that are free from allergens. It is maintained using organic products, making it an ideal choice for individuals with allergies, although anyone can enjoy the wholesome atmosphere it provides.The restoration of this cottage has respected its rural regional architectural character while ensuring modern comfort is not compromised. Despite its charming and functional design, the cottage is exceptionally well-equipped and offers stunning views from both the north and south.
Thanks to its thick adobe construction, the cottage remains pleasantly cool even during hot temperatures. From early April to mid-November, we welcome guests who can choose to reserve baby equipment, bed and/or toilet linen, and even opt for final cleaning services based on their needs and preferences.
Additionally, guests have access to a large 16m by 5m swimming pool, including wheelchair accessibility. The pool consists of three parts: a small bath with an access ramp for individuals with reduced mobility, an intermediate area with a gradual slope, and a deeper section. The latter two parts feature submerged holding bars suitable for individuals with limited lower limb mobility or for aquagym activities.
The pool is a saltwater pool, well-exposed to sunlight and partially heated. It is secured by a 1.40m barrier and perimeter alarm for safety. Furthermore, we offer a 5-seater spa upon reservation and massages can also be booked, ensuring a truly indulgent experience during your stay (excluding Saturdays).
For recreational activities, guests can enjoy a large trampoline (4.40m in diameter) and a table tennis table. With all these amenities, we guarantee a dream vacation for all. Contact us now to book your stay!

To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Start by driving on motorway A72 and take the Feurs exit. Once you have exited, turn left onto the D1089 road towards Boën. After passing over the motorway, take a left turn towards Poncins. Keep following the road until you reach the village of Poncins. Once in Poncins, continue straight until you pass the town hall, then make a right turn towards Montverdun. The distance from this point is approximately 3.5 km.
During this stretch, you will encounter a small narrow bridge. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you pass by "Les Perrichons" and "Clos de la Renardine." The road will then slightly turn, followed by another straight line. After this, you will notice a farm on your right, followed by a zone of undergrowth.
Just beyond this undergrowth, you will find the house on the right-hand side. Be aware that the house only becomes visible at the last moment. Look for the parking area, which is indicated by signposts displaying "Clévacances," "Le Routard," and "TopRural" on the two pillars of the portal.
