Description:

Description for B&B:

I am an elderly lady who has been renovated in 2016/17 to provide all the necessary comforts. Situated amidst a sea of lush greenery, I offer a tranquil haven where your children and pets can frolic happily without worrying about grumpy neighbors or the proximity of a busy road. Despite this peaceful setting, you won't feel isolated from the center of the small village, which is home to a bakery/pastry shop, a small grocery store, and a café-restaurant. If you need to stock up on supplies, there are larger supermarkets in Corlay (4.5kms away), Saint-Nicolas du Pélem (9kms away where you can find a Super U), Rostrenen, and Pontivy. Additionally, I am conveniently located only 40 minutes away from the beautiful bay of Saint-Brieuc and its beaches.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, there are plenty of stunning walks to enjoy, as well as numerous attractions to visit nearby, including Lake Guerlédan (15 minutes away) and its forest, the Regional Park of Armorique, and more.

Inside the house, you will find a spacious ground floor with a generous 50m2 living room and lounge area. The American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts, and there is a cozy salamander fireplace for chilly evenings (wood is provided). The ground floor also features a bathroom/laundry room and a toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a child bed measuring 70x145. The second bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, as well as a small alcove with a single bed. There is a shower and toilet on the upper level as well. The entire house was completely renovated in 2016 and offers all the necessary amenities for a wonderful holiday. You can even listen to your favorite 33 rpm records on the stereo.

For outdoor enjoyment, there is a barbecue/rotisserie vertical grill, perfect for savoring delicious grilled meals while promoting good health. The house has a septic tank, which is common in rural areas, so it's important to use septic tank-compatible cleaning products and avoid throwing anything inappropriate down the toilet (cleaning products are provided). The staircase in the house is secured both upstairs and downstairs for the safety of your children. Additionally, the garden features a badminton set, a table football, and a swing.

Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by a charming young woman who will assist with the check-in process and cleaning, should you prefer not to handle it yourself (charged at 15 per hour). Your deposit will be fully refunded upon departure if there are no issues.
