Situated within a beautifully restored 1850s property, the gite boasts a swimming pool and is surrounded by a vast 1.8-hectare park.Inside, guests will find a well-appointed living space with a tasteful and carefully curated decor that highlights the original stone walls and exposed beams. The gite features two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as an office and a spacious living area (80m2) complete with a fully equipped kitchen and an additional bed. There is also a modern bathroom and separate toilet facilities.
The gite is furnished with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, color television, DVD player, and a hi-fi system. Additionally, child-friendly equipment can be provided upon request.
Surrounded by fields and woodland, the gite is accessed via a private road spanning approximately 900 meters, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. However, the main road (N124) is conveniently located just 5 kilometers away, providing easy access to the architectural wonders of the Gers region and the vibrant city of Toulouse.
The property features a traditional courtyard, perfect for enjoying the coolness of the old Gers houses, as well as a terrace and a secure swimming pool (12x6m) protected by a NF P90-306 compliant barrier. There are also various amenities for children, including a swing and a tricycle, as well as a table tennis table and two all-terrain bicycles available for guests to use. The garden is equipped with comfortable teak loungers, a dining table, and chairs, as well as a rattan bench and armchairs, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
