Our charming cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It boasts a spacious surface area of approximately 50 m2, with 3 rooms on the ground floor and a bedroom upstairs. Each room is equipped with efficient electric heating to ensure your utmost comfort.Situated just 30m away from the main house, the cottage offers a peaceful and independent stay. Nestled within a lush wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares, you will have access to a private garden and a delightful terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for your outdoor enjoyment.
For your convenience, there is a well-lit asphalted parking area as well as a garage available to store bicycles or sailing equipment.
The main room of the cottage is a tastefully decorated living space with large windows, providing ample natural light. It is equipped with a color TV, comfortable sofa, and chairs, creating the perfect ambiance for pleasant evenings. Additionally, a selection of board games, books, and tourist information is available for your entertainment.
The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. You will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bathroom boasts a shower and double sink furniture, while a separate toilet adds convenience to your stay.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, accessible from the living room, is another bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds, bedside tables, and a closet.
If you require them, a high chair and a cot can be provided upon request, catering to the needs of families traveling with young children.

Access from LILLE, BELGIUM:
1. Take A25 towards Dunkerque.
2. Continue onto A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer.
3. Take Exit 36: Marquise.
4. Follow the signs for Marquise, go down Ferber avenue, and make a left turn after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
5. At the fire station, turn right and continue towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
Access from ENGLAND via Dover-Calais:
1. Take the Channel Tunnel.
2. Take A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer.
3. Take Exit 36: Marquise.
4. Follow the signs for Marquise, go down Ferber avenue, and make a left turn after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
5. At the fire station, turn right and continue towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
6. Upon reaching Wierre-Effroy, cross the village and make a left turn after the church.
7. After approximately 500 m, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path to our house.
Access from Reims, Arras, Laon:
1. Take A16 towards Calais.
2. Take the exit for Boulogne-sur-mer and N42 (4 lane road).
3. Take the exit for Le Wast and after 2 km, turn left towards Marquise.
4. Continue towards Wierre-Effroy.
5. Before reaching the village, on the left side, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path to our house.
