I am offering the opportunity to rent out 4 beautifully renovated bedrooms in a charming cottage. These rooms are available for rent exclusively during the weekdays, from Sunday evening to Friday morning, with a minimum rental period of 4 nights. Please note that the rooms are not available for rent on weekends or during school holidays, as the entire house will be rented out during these periods.The rental price decreases based on the number of nights rented.
Located in Mégrit, near Dinan, Lamballe, and Saint-Brieuc, this stone farmhouse offers a convenient location. There are various shops nearby, with the house situated just 150m from the church square and bakery. Additionally, there is a supermarket within 300m (open on Sunday mornings), and larger supermarkets are located 7km away.
The cottage features 2 shared bathrooms with walk-in showers, each servicing 2 rooms, as well as 2 toilets. The spacious living room-kitchen area includes 3 flat screen TVs (82cm), a comfortable sofa, and WiFi internet access. There is also a beautiful fireplace equipped for grilling, as well as a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large toaster, and both Senseo and traditional coffee makers. It is stocked with ample crockery and kitchen utensils.
In the warmer months, guests can enjoy the 35m2 deck with an electric awning, furnished with garden furniture for up to 10 people. There is also a barbecue and deck chairs available. Parking is not an issue, as there are 4 parking spaces available.
There are 3 rooms available for rent at a rate of 35 Euros per night, featuring beds measuring either 180 * 200 or 160 * 200. Additionally, there is a smaller fourth room with two beds measuring 140 * 200, available at a rate of 30 Euros per night. Bed linen and all utilities are included in the rental price, and there is no city tax. Each room is equipped with storage space for clothes and a wardrobe.
