Restored to its former glory, this 18th-century silk house is nestled in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, just a stone's throw away from Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas.

Combining traditional charm with a contemporary touch, this stone house boasts old chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, alongside polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

With a spacious layout of 70m2, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, offering 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with twin beds (90cm).

The main floor features a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink, conveniently accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and ample natural light streaming in through the large bay window, provides a peaceful retreat. Equipped with a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV, it is the perfect space to relax and unwind. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher.

An iron staircase leads to a bridge with a relaxation area and a private terrace of 40m2, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the 3 valleys and mountains of Tanargue. The outdoor space is furnished with a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

Located near rivers such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, the cottage provides easy access to beautiful swimming spots and fishing spots.

Additional amenities include private parking in front of the house, Saturday-to-Saturday rentals, and the option to bring pets (with prior agreement) for an additional fee. The tourist tax of 0.80 per person per day, for guests over 18, is also applicable.
