This spacious gite offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette for your convenience. The kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes. There is also a dining table with 5 chairs. In the living area, you will find a comfortable sofa bed with a mattress, an armchair, and a TV with a DVD player. WIFI is also available.The bedroom in this gite features a 140 bed and a 90 bed. The beds are already made upon your arrival and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies for maintaining the premises.
Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a shared pool (5x10m2) that is heated from June to September. The pool is treated with sea salt, eliminating the smell of chlorine, and there is a hot shower and toilet available.

If you are traveling from the northern part of France, it is recommended to take the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then continue on the A83 motorway. Take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
For those coming from the southern part of France, take the A11 and shortly after Niort, join the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay le Comte, exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
