Description for Gite
This spacious gite features a large living room with charming stone walls and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchenette is designed for your comfort and includes a fridge/freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes.The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs, and the lounge area offers a comfortable sofa bed with a high-quality mattress, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD player, and WIFI access.
There are two bedrooms in the gite. The first bedroom has two single beds (which can be combined into a double bed), and the second bedroom has a double bed with an original headboard made from a preserved bread oven. Additionally, there is a folding bed available. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own pool towels).
The gite also includes a bathroom with a shower and basin, as well as separate toilets. In the large hallway closet, you will find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies.
Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, playground, loaner bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a shared pool (5x10m2) that is heated from June to September and treated with sea salt for a chlorine-free experience. The pool area also features a hot shower and WC.

If you are traveling from the north of France, we recommend taking the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet and then continuing on the A83 motorway until you reach the Fontenay le Comte exit, which is exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
For those coming from the south of France, take the A11 and shortly after passing Niort, merge onto the A83 motorway. From there, also take the Fontenay le Comte exit, which is exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
Our location is just 5 km from junction 8 of the A83, making it very convenient for travelers.
