Located in a tranquil area just 10 minutes away from the bustling city of La Rochelle, which boasts attractions such as the port, aquarium, Fort Boyard, and inter-island cruises, our property offers a peaceful retreat. Additionally, it is conveniently situated only 5 minutes away from the beautiful Aytré beach, 15 minutes away from Châtelaillon-Plage with its casino, beach, and mini golf, and the island of Ré. Furthermore, it is a short 500-meter distance from a 9-hole golf course, an equestrian center, and a ropes course. With three bedrooms, each with its own separate entrance, our unique property welcomes guests throughout the year. Guests can enjoy the indoor pool complete with sunbathing facilities, a spacious garden, a terrace, and a cozy TV lounge with a fridge. Ample parking is available, and guests can stay connected with internet access and wifi. Please note that there is a shared toilet for the three rooms, and smoking is strictly prohibited.Reviews
