Renovated in the charming traditional style of the Loire Valley, the cottage showcases exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings, ensuring a high standard of quality throughout.Guests will have access to a refreshing swimming pool, a convenient barbecue area, and well-maintained gardens. The property also offers complimentary WiFi, a garage for parking, and provides all necessary linens, towels, and even pool towels. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited within the premises.

Directions
The Guest House is located approximately 2.5 hours away from Paris, along the A10 autoroute highway heading towards Orléans - Bordeaux. Take the exit towards Tours Sud and St Avertin, then follow the signs towards Chinon. Once in Chinon, take the D749 road towards Richelieu. After approximately 1 kilometer past the roundabout, turn right onto D115 towards "Ligré par le vignoble" and continue for 5 kilometers. Then, take a left towards the "Le Rouilly" hamlet and another left at the Dozon warehouse. You will find the Guest House 800 meters down the road on the left side.
