Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house located in the western area of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The festival palace and the old town are easily accessible within a 12-minute bus ride.

We provide two cozy rooms that are well-equipped with a range of amenities and services. Start your day with our delicious breakfast, which offers a variety of homemade treats such as breads, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit salad, and pastries. Additionally, we offer cereals and pastries. From April to September, you can enjoy this delightful breakfast on our balcony, creating a truly magical experience.

Our price includes several services to enhance your stay. You will find bathrobes, toiletries, a washing machine, a dryer, bicycles, linens, as well as tea, coffee, still water, and sparkling fresh water.

At Cannes City B & B, we pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We are always available for a friendly chat and to provide you with any information you may need to explore our beautiful region. To assist you further, we offer a wide selection of brochures and local information.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:

1 - By bus Airport Express:

From Nice, between 8am and 11pm
From Cannes bus station, between 7am and 8pm

Once you arrive at the Cannes bus terminal, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to the market place of Cannes La Bocca (approximately 10 minutes). If possible (as I work during the day), I can pick you up from the station for free (please ask me via email).

Price: €20 one way or €30 round trip
Total travel time: about 1.5 hours

2 - By limousine service:

3 - By train (TER):

From Nice, between 5:44am and 11:47pm
From Cannes, between 5:30am and 11:30pm

Price: from €5.80 to €9.60 one way

From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to "Arénas" stop. Then, walk for about 15 minutes to the train station:

Cross Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier)
Turn right (boulevard René Cassin) until you reach the traffic light
Cross on the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right (avenue Edouard Grinda) to reach the train station

Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station

From there, follow the main road to the city center (avenue Francis Tonner) on your left. It will take about 15 minutes to walk to the house. If possible, I can pick you up with the car for free at the train station (please ask me via email).

Total travel time: about 2 hours

4 - By our pick-up service:

I can come and pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. Look for your name on a paper in the luggage delivery area.

Contribution cost: €30 (for gas, tolls, etc.) The airport is approximately 35 km from the house.

Please ask me via email, as this service is only available if I am not working during your arrival time.

Cannes La Bocca station: serves various destinations from Italy to Marseille (it's very easy to reach Nice center in 35 minutes, Monaco center in 60 minutes, St Tropez center in 45 minutes, Antibes center in 15 minutes...). You can also take a train to Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the big Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes from Cannes.
