Welcome to La Ferme de Marchezais! Our charming rural gîte is conveniently located near Paris, Normandie, and Chartres, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Situated within a working farm that specializes in pony breeding, you'll have the unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the countryside firsthand.With a comfortable living space of 116 m², our gîte offers a private and tranquil environment for your stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room and dining area, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a convenient bathroom, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, you'll discover two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a well-appointed shower room and WC on this level as well. For your convenience, our gîte is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and a welcoming fireplace.
Outside, you'll have access to a lovely garden and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with your loved ones. Additionally, a telephone is provided for your communication needs.

Directions
To reach Serville, the last farm on your left, follow these travel directions: Take the RN12 road, located between Houdan and Dreux. Exit at Marolles and head towards Anet. Upon reaching Marchezais, make a left turn towards Serville. You will find the farm on your left.
