The cottage spans 250m², with half of it occupied by the owners and the other half dedicated to the holiday cottage. The ground floor features a self-contained room and an activities area, while upstairs, there is an independent room. Despite its secluded location, the property is conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88 are just a 5-minute drive away, while Ysingeaux, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall, Saint Julien Chapteuil, Le Puy-en-velay, and the Les Estables ski resort can be reached within 10 to 30 minutes.

Children will find endless entertainment in the unique activities area, which includes a climbing wall, a mini ramp skateboard, a table soccer game, a treehouse with a valley view, a swing for the little ones, and a goal for sports enthusiasts. With its 250m² of space, the cottage is divided into two parts. Half of it is occupied by the owners, ensuring your privacy, while the other half features the ground floor holiday cottage, an independent room, and an activities area on the upper floor.

Despite its tranquil setting, the cottage is conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Within a short drive, you can reach Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, Ysingeaux, Saint Julien Chapteuil, and the renowned city of Le Puy-en-Velay. If you enjoy winter sports, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall and Les Estables ski resort are just a 10-30 minute drive away.
