The house is located in the village of Chaponost, specifically in a place called Les Terres, which is approximately 15 kilometers away from Lyon.Originally built around 1850, the house underwent a complete renovation in 2015 and now offers two comfortable and modern guest rooms.
Guests have access to the dining room and living room on the ground floor.
In pleasant weather, guests can enjoy breakfast outside on the lovely terrace, which boasts a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
The property includes a spacious garden that spans 3 hectares.
To the west, there is a stunning panoramic plateau spanning 2 hectares, offering views of the Monts du Lyonnais. On clear days, guests can also catch a glimpse of the Alps to the East. This peaceful countryside setting is surrounded by cows, horses, orchards, and birds.
Additionally, there is a charming rural path that leads down to the river at the bottom of the valley.
