Located 25 kilometers northwest of Brest in Landada, the charming new cottage "Brise des Abers" can accommodate 2 to 6 people and is situated within an enclosed garden. This delightful cottage offers both comfort and a sunny exposure that is sure to capture your heart. The terrace, equipped with garden furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, and a barbecue, provides the perfect space for relaxation and enjoyment.On the ground floor, you will find a lounge/dining room with satellite TV, offering a selection of French and international channels, as well as direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen includes 4 hotplates, an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and Senseo machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and more. Additionally, there is a comfortable double bedroom (160*200), a bathroom with a hairdryer and towel dryer, and a separate toilet.
The first floor boasts two bedrooms with stunning sea views. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90*190) and a corner toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet. The property provides parking space, including a garage with direct access from the kitchen.

Start your day with breakfast al fresco or savor the flavors of freshly grilled fish from the local market.Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and modern furnishings. The ground floor boasts an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, fully equipped with everything you need. Relax in the lounge area, complete with satellite TV, DVD player, cozy sofa bed, and armchairs accommodating up to six people. The kitchen is well-appointed with a ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a master bedroom, a bathroom featuring a shower, wash basin, storage spaces, and a hairdryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and a garage equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms boasting stunning sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with two beds (90Cm) and a wash basin.

Directions
To reach the destination from Rennes, follow the RN 12 towards Brest. Prior to reaching Brest, continue on the road towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, take the road D13 towards Lannilis. In Lannilis, head towards Landeda. Upon reaching the village of Landeda, follow the signs towards Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for approximately 1.5 km, turn towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters from the beach.
