Description:

Description for B&B:

This art deco style villa, designed by renowned architect George Letélié (Prix de Rome) and executed by Pierre Grizet, the city architect of La Rochelle in the 1950s, is steeped in history. Recently renovated in early 2016, great care was taken to preserve the building's original features while incorporating a modern and exotic décor, complete with an array of tropical plants.

Situated close to the heart of the old city, including popular landmarks such as Place de Verdun, Vieux Port, and Competition Beach, Villa Verde provides a peaceful retreat away from the bustling center. With its tranquil garden, the villa offers a serene and relaxing environment, ensuring a delightful stay.

As a Franco-Brazilian couple, we take immense pleasure in welcoming you to our guest house, conveniently located for you to make the most of your visit to La Rochelle. Our utmost desire is to provide a peaceful and warm atmosphere where you will feel at home in no time.
