Description for B&B:
All three of the renovated bedrooms are beautifully designed and each has its own unique theme. The first room, named Francis, pays homage to the victor of Marignan who stayed at the Castle in 1533. It features elements of decor from the Grand Century, including furniture and portraits of dignitaries in the fashionable wigs of Louis XIV.
The Marie Antoinette room captures the luxurious lifestyle celebrated by Talleyrand before the revolution. It includes a hip bath and a toilet that adds a touch of sensuality.
For those who prefer the elegance of the Second Empire, the Empire Room is recommended. With its Eugenie furniture and calming gray walls, it provides a comfortable and soothing ambiance. The largest room in the castle, it is perfect for gatherings before or after dinner. Enjoy a glass of Aveyronnais plum liqueur by the fireplace on a cool night.
The cuisine at Chateau Canac perfectly complements the surroundings. Busset, the renowned chef, skillfully showcases the flavors of the Aveyron region. For an even more exceptional dining experience, guests can venture to Moulin de Cambelong in Conques, located thirty kilometers away, where they can savor nature-inspired dishes. Special packages combining stays at Chateau Canac and meals at the Michelin-starred restaurant in Conques are also available for food enthusiasts. Indulge in a feast fit for royalty!
