This house is filled with spacious and comfortable architecture, offering views overlooking the peaceful forest to the south. It is situated in a green setting, close to the village center. There is a playground for children and the first hiking trails are only 100 meters away. The property includes two parking spaces, beautiful flowers and trees, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a large terrace with a garden table, chairs, and a gas barbecue.In the charming village of Illfurth, just 300 meters from the cottage, you will find a delightful bakery, a friendly butcher, a newsagent-tobacco shop, and a small grocery store. There is also a traditional restaurant called "Le Coq," an Irish pub, and a Carrefour supermarket. Other amenities in the village include two restaurants (a kebab place and a pizzeria), a cheese shop, a pharmacy, four hairdressers, a library, three doctors, three dentists, two physiotherapists, a chiropodist, and a small market that takes place on Thursday mornings. There is even a bicycle repair shop available.
The house is spacious, bright, and in an ideal location for exploring Alsace, Switzerland, and Germany. It can accommodate up to six people and features a large south-facing balcony, a patio, and a 500 square meter enclosed garden.
Nearby attractions include the Ecomuseum in Ungersheim, where you can step back in time, and the Bioscope, which offers an immersive experience. Altkirch is located approximately 15 minutes away from the center of Mulhouse TGV station, where you can visit the expo park and car museum. If you're coming from the Euro-airport Basel in Switzerland, it will take you approximately 35 minutes to reach Altkirch via Freiburg and Mulhouse. At 1 pm, you can take the A35 route to reach Strasbourg, which is about 35 minutes away. If you're interested in exploring Colmar and its wine route, as well as visiting Castle High Koenigsbourg, it will take you around 35 minutes to get there. Additionally, there is a ski resort just 30 minutes away from Altkirch. If you're planning to visit Freiburg in Germany, it will take you approximately ¾ hour to reach there. Similarly, it will take you ¾ hour to reach the Laguna Water park in Germany.
