Welcome to The Barn at ARRION, a delightfully comfortable accommodation located just 20 minutes away from the beautiful Landes ocean. This spacious barn can comfortably sleep between 4 to 12 people.

Inside, there are 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed. A baby bed is also available. The barn features a bathroom with an Italian shower, 2 sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace, a cozy lounge area, and a dining area with a 12-person table. Additionally, there is a bar corner for your enjoyment.

Surrounded by peaceful nature, the barn offers absolute tranquility in a secluded location. It is situated 20 km away from the ocean, with easy access to beautiful beaches such as Messanges, Soustons, and Vieux Boucau. The nearby lakes of Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les Dax are perfect for water activities, while the thermal town of Dax is only 16 km away.

The barn opens onto 8 hectares of open wooded ground, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. You can make use of the BBQ and outdoor warm shower. The barn itself spans across 150m².

Located just 3km from the A63 motorway exit n°11, between Magescq and Herm, and 3km from the village of Magescq, the barn is conveniently situated. It is also within easy reach of Soustons and its center, as well as Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau, all within a 20-minute drive.

For your convenience, bed linen (sheets, covers, pillows), bath mats, 4 towels, and a kitchen towel are provided. Various entertainment options are available, including dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, hikes into the forest, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available nearby (100m). The owner lives close to the barn and is happy to provide any advice or assistance.
