Located just a short distance from the picturesque lake and dam of Castelo de Bode in central Portugal, our Bed and Breakfast offers a tranquil retreat in a spacious garden adorned with numerous trees and a large swimming pool. Relax in our charming chill-out corner nestled beneath the lush foliage, or enjoy the open kitchen and breakfast lounge al fresco.

Our comfortable and inviting double rooms, each with its own en suite bathroom featuring a shower, wash basin, WC, and bidet, are housed in a separate building. Adorned with typical red stone floors, these rooms provide a cozy ambiance. Additionally, each room is equipped with coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge. We can accommodate an additional guest in the room upon request (at an extra charge).

For families, we offer a small self-contained house complete with a kitchen, bathroom (featuring a shower, WC, and wash basin), a bedroom, and a living room with a sleeping couch. Bed and bath linens are included in all room prices, and towels for the swimming pool are also provided.

Families with children are most welcome, and we offer mountain bikes for our guests to use. Parking space is available, however, we regret that pets are not allowed. Our prices always include a delicious breakfast to start your day.

For those seeking adventure, a short car ride will take you to the nearby city of Tomar, home to the Convento de Cristo, a remarkable templar castle and cloister that has been recognized as a UNESCO world heritage site. Alternatively, you can explore the lake shores and indulge in a variety of water sports. Other exciting excursions include visits to the renowned sanctuary of Fatima, the captivating university town of Coimbra, the historic cloister at Alcobaça, and the charming seaside resort of São Martinho do Porto on the Atlantic coast. These attractions are certainly worth the trip.

Additionally, we have a charming family cottage that comfortably accommodates up to four people. This cottage includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a cozy double bedroom, and a living room furnished with a sleeper sofa. Unwind and watch TV in the comfort of your cottage.
