Situated within a beautifully landscaped park spanning 5000 m², the LAirial cottage offers a charming and secluded retreat. This newly constructed traditional wooden chalet is conveniently located just a short drive, approximately thirty minutes, from the Bassin d'Arcachon and Biscarrosse, bordering the enchanting Landes forest.This delightful holiday home boasts a comfortable living space of 35 sqm on the ground floor, accommodating up to 5 individuals. It features 2 bedrooms with the option of 2 double beds or 4 single beds, a bathroom with a double sink and shower, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (including ceramic plates, microwave, and fridge-freezer) that opens up to a cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests can enjoy a private terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue.
For those wishing to explore the surroundings, a cycle track is conveniently located just 600 meters away, connecting you to the stunning ocean coast or Lake Parentis/Biscarrosse in less than 45 minutes. Bicycles are also available for use upon request. Furthermore, an array of activities such as mini golf, archery, badminton, football, and petanque are available to keep you entertained during your stay.
If you are traveling with a baby, we are pleased to offer baby equipment including a cot, high chair, and bath deckchair upon request.
The price of your stay includes electricity, water, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, and secure parking. Prices range from 300 to 700 euros, with a 10% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Optional cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50 euros, and rental of linens and towels can be arranged for 10 euros per person.
We accept payment by check and kindly request that rentals be from Saturday 17h00 to Saturday 10h00.
