The property is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from the Fréjus-Nice motorway, 35 minutes from Marignane airport, 45 minutes from Marseilles, 20 minutes from Aubagne, and 30 minutes from the creeks of Cassis.

There are plenty of activities near the house of chestnut, including the Sainte-Victoire Golf Club which is only 3 km away. Additionally, there is a pool in Fuveau (10 km) and another swimming pool in Trets which is open during the summer (3 km). Furthermore, there are numerous opportunities for hiking and sightseeing tours, such as the Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume mountains, and the Regagnas chain. Wine enthusiasts can also enjoy wine tourism in the area, thanks to the abundance of vineyards in Provence. The accommodation is completely independent with its own separate entrance, which is discreetly located on avenue Jean Jaurès. There are parking facilities available nearby. Additionally, upon request, it is possible to park in the property's yard and securely store bikes, scooters, and other belongings. The keys will be provided upon arrival.
