The charming cottage de la Lande is situated in the quaint village of Yvetôt Bocage, surrounded by picturesque apple orchards and fields. It enjoys a convenient location, with the beaches just 25 minutes away (approximately 20 km), Caen an hour's drive away, and Mont Saint Michel reachable within 2 hours.This Normand-style cottage is perfect for a small family or group of 4 people, whether they are adults or children. The property sits on a spacious 900m² plot, providing ample space for outdoor activities and delightful evenings around the barbecue. Inside, the house is newly furnished and fully equipped, featuring a cozy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms. The bedding is also new and designed to accommodate the needs of both young and old guests. Additionally, a cellar is available for storing bicycles or other belongings.
For outdoor relaxation, guests can make use of the terrace, which is complete with a barbecue and garden furniture.
The rates for renting the house are as follows:
- High season (June, July, and August): €270 per week
- Low season (September to May): €200 per week
- Weekend rate: €120 for 8 people
- Optional extra: bed linen and cleaning services.
