This charming and modern cottage in Labastide en Val is the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. It offers all the comforts you need, including amenities for small children such as a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. Just a short walk up the road, you'll find small pits and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a picnic. Adjacent to the cottage is a small alley that leads to a peaceful square where you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments.

Inside the cottage, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer, a host, an oven, a gas hob, a dining room, and a lounge area with a TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed. WIFI access is also available.

On the first floor, there is a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The second floor offers another bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail.

Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with a population of around a hundred residents. It is surrounded by forests, crossed by rivers, and adorned with fountains. The location is ideal for exploring the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi, the medieval city of Carcassonne, and the diverse fauna and flora of the Aude region. Additionally, you can indulge in the region's fantastic wines and enjoy wonderful local produce.

Please note that electricity is not included in the price from October to April. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50. Pets can also be accommodated for an additional charge of 25.
