The house's location offers various activities in the Loire Valley, including visiting castles such as Blois (15 minutes away), Chaumont sur Loire and its garden festival (15 minutes away), Chambord and its park (30 minutes away), Amboise and Clos Lucé (30 minutes away), Beauval zoo in St Aignan, Chenonceau, Azay le Rideau, as well as being close to Tours and Orléans (about 1 hour away). There are plenty of walking and cycling routes that are well marked. If you enjoy water activities, you can go canoeing on the Loire or even take a hot air balloon flight.

The house is situated on the edge of the Blois forest, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment while still being close to tourist attractions. The room has its own access from the outside, with the option of enjoying breakfast in the bedroom, dining room, or on the terrace if the weather allows. A kettle and coffee machine are provided in the room.
