This fully furnished ground floor villa (180m2) offers comfortable accommodation with 4 bedrooms, including 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot. It is designed to provide easy access for people with reduced mobility. The villa also features 3 bathrooms for convenience.The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet. A veranda with a stunning sea view opens onto a spacious wooden deck, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there are two other shady terraces on either side of the villa. The property is surrounded by a large garden (1300m2) with fruit trees, providing a tranquil environment.
Vincendo beach, known for its beautiful black sand and several small coves, is easily accessible. Guests can reach the beach on foot in 20 minutes or by car in just 5 minutes. It is important to note that swimming at the beach is allowed but not supervised.
The location of the villa also offers proximity to Rivière Langevin and lava flows, providing opportunities for exploration and adventure.
The rental price varies depending on the time of year. Outside of school holidays, the weekly rate is 490 euros, while during school holidays, it is 560 euros per week. For those seeking a shorter stay, there is a weekend package available for 290 euros, with arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday.
Linen is provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, guests have the option to request cleaning services upon departure for a fee of 60 euros.
