Outside, there is a courtyard, a lawn, a garden table and chairs, and a sun lounger.

This property is available for rent throughout the year, with options for monthly, weekly, or weekend stays (subject to reservation).

The rates are as follows:
- October to April: 200 € per week
- September, May, and June: 270 € per week
- July and August: 340 € per week
- Weekend rates range from 120 € to 180 €, depending on the period.
