We offer three guesthouses, each with its own independent entrance. Additionally, we provide a shared lounge area that is available for your use throughout the day. In this lounge, you will have access to a kitchenette where you can prepare small dishes, as well as a relaxing space filled with books and games.Our continental breakfast is served from 8:30 am until 10:00 am, but we are happy to accommodate earlier requests starting from 7:30 am.
Our facilities and services include:
- Parking space (with priority given to disabled individuals)

- The "Cook" room, located on the first floor, offers a spacious 30 m2 area. It features either 2 twin beds or a large 180 cm bed, a sofa for 2 additional guests, a desk, a television, a dressing area, and a bathroom with a separate bath and toilet. Prices start at €85 per night for 2 people and include breakfast.- Situated in front of the garden, the "Champlain" room covers 15 m2. It includes a comfortable 140 cm bed, a desk, a dressing room, a television, and a bathroom with an Italian-style shower and toilet. Rates begin at €65 per night for 2 people, with breakfast included.
- Overlooking the garden, the "Magellan" room offers 18 m2 of space. It features a luxurious 160 cm bed, a television, a dressing area, and a bathroom with an Italian-style shower and toilet. Prices start at €70 per night for 2 people, inclusive of breakfast.
Please note that we do not accept pets in our bed and breakfast, except for guide dogs. However, we do have a cat and a rabbit residing on the premises.
