Two of the rooms also have a bathtub "island" and double sinks. In addition, each room includes amenities such as a flat-screen TV, bathrobes, hair dryer, and a hospitality tray.The price for the rooms includes a continental breakfast and taxes for two people. We also provide free WiFi and Ethernet jacks for your convenience.

Level 0:
- "Travel" House: This room is designed with a decorative "British" theme and is accessible for disabled travelers. It has a comfortable bed (160x200) and a large shower, as well as a washbasin and toilet. The room offers a private door window with a view of the courtyard garden. The rate for this room is €115 for two people.
- "Zen" Room: This room provides a relaxed atmosphere and can accommodate either a king-sized bed (180x200) or two twin beds (90x200). It features an open bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a private toilet. The room also offers a door window with a view of the courtyard garden. The rate for this room is €125 for two people.
Level 1:
- "Industry" Suite: This suite offers a unique factory-themed decoration and provides all the comforts you need. It includes a living room with a luxurious and comfortable sofa bed (140x190) and a spiral staircase leading to a bedroom (level 2) with a bed that can be separated into two twin beds (180x200 or 2x90x200). The suite also features a spacious shower, a "factory" style basin, and a toilet. The rate for this suite is €125 for two people, with a surcharge of €30 per additional person.
- "Charming" Suite: This suite boasts a chic and charming decor, featuring two bedrooms (one on level 1 and one accessed via a private staircase on level 2). Both rooms have access to a bathroom with a bathtub "island," an Italian shower, double sinks, and toilets. The suite also offers a private terrace (> 6m) with a garden overlooking the courtyard garden. The rate for this suite is €135 for two people, with a surcharge of €30 per additional person.

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at our downtown house with services. Located in an old industrial building, once a spinning mill, this atypical apartment offers a unique and comfortable living experience. Situated on the first floor, it boasts a loft-style layout with stunning views of the Palais Fervaques and complete privacy.The apartment spans across 45sqm and features two bedrooms, accommodating up to four people. The minimum stay requirement is two nights, with a flexible arrival policy. The rate for a two-night stay is €180, plus a tax of €0.85 per person per night. Additional nights are priced at €90, and we offer a discount for longer stays exceeding a week.
We provide a range of services to enhance your stay. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and the initial cleaning will be taken care of by our team (excluding dishes and tidying). Linen for the bathroom, table, and kitchen is also provided, along with a hospitality tray.
The bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed (160x200 in one room) and a mezzanine with two beds (90x190). We can also provide a cot and a high table for a baby upon request.
The living room features two sofas (two and three-seaters) and a dining area with a table that can accommodate four to six people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a combination oven with a microwave and grill. To reach the "Palais de Fervaques" and the tourist office in Saint-Quentin, follow these directions: Take the A26 motorway and take exit 10 towards "Saint-Quentin-centre." Then, head towards the "Palais de Fervaques" and the tourist office by making two left turns. Continue following the signs indicating "Temple." The destination will be at number 12, with a parking area accommodating 100 vehicles in front.
