Welcome to our renovated XVIII Savoyarde farmhouse in St. Leger, located on a beautiful plateau with stunning mountain views. Surrounded by 6 hectares of land, our farmhouse offers a tranquil and privileged setting at an altitude of 470m in the Maurienne Valley of Savoie, France.Our Bed & Breakfast can accommodate up to 6 people and provides a spacious, comfortable, and close-to-nature experience. It features two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed and two single beds. Additionally, there is a living room, an office, and a bathroom with a WC. Guests can enjoy a private entrance and a deck, perfect for taking breakfast on the terrace while admiring the breathtaking scenery.
For larger groups, our renovated hay barn can accommodate up to 8 people. With exposed beams, a glass ceiling offering views of the roof structure, stone walls, and a contemporary touch, this space provides a unique and stylish experience. The barn also includes a deck to relax and appreciate the surrounding wildlife and tranquility, perhaps with a glass of wine.
We also offer the possibility to rent both the renovated barn and the Bed & Breakfast, accommodating up to 12 people (14 with a canopy bed). This option includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, a separate WC, two lounges, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private entrance.
Our property is ideally located near numerous lakes for swimming and ski resorts, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Furthermore, our land has been organically managed for the past 17 years, providing a haven for wildlife. Horses, cats, and chickens also live harmoniously here.
The Maurienne Valley is renowned as the world's largest cycling area, with prestigious mountain passes like Iseran, Croix de Fer, Col du Cucheron, Madeleine, and Galibier. We even offer professional racing bike and VTT rentals for those looking to explore the area on two wheels.

Les abords sont rustiques, l'extérieur traditionnel ayant été préservé. A l'intérieur c'est très propre, lumineux, agréablement meublé, et confortable. On s'y sent bien ! Et l'accueil est excellent : une hôtesse (Lesley) pleine d'humour, de chaleur, de générosité.... nous avons eu un grand plaisir à converser avec elle, et avons fait honneur à sa table matinale (ah les bugnes (bio) !). Un immense merci à elle.

To travel to Le Domaine, take exit number 25 Epierre from the A43 autoroute. Once you pass the toll at the roundabout, make a left onto D207 and continue for 776 meters. Then, make another left onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers. Keep going until you reach the village called "Les Granges" and make a right, following the sign that says Le Domaine. Continue for 800 meters and then make a right again, following the wooden sign that indicates Le Domaine. From there, proceed down to the sand arena.
