This is a spacious and comfortable duplex gite, offering 50m2 of living space. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy lounge area with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, and vacuum cleaner. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a television, and separate toilet facilities.

Upstairs, there is a charming bedroom with two single beds (90X200), along with a television, WIFI access, DVD player, a shower room, toilet, and a hairdryer. The entire gite is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Additionally, all bed sheets and hand towels are provided for your convenience, and a baby cot is available upon request. Outside, there is a lovely terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
