To get to Benodet from Rennes, follow the RN165. Take the Coat-Conq exit (Benodet, Concarneau). Continue through the forest of Fouesnant, always heading towards Bénodet. About 2 km after exiting Fouesnant, continue in the direction of Benodet and take a right onto Kermine road. After traveling 1.5 km, you will see a driveway on the left marked by the sign "Gîtes de France, Kerholven".
