The name of this house originates from a horse event held by King René d'Anjou in the 15th century near his Castle of Launay, called Le Pas du Perron, and is also located near a forest.The main house consists of 8 spacious rooms, including 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms or showers. The house is beautifully furnished with both modern comforts and antique furniture throughout. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a small room with laundry facilities. Outside, there is a large garden spanning 2 hectares, with many trees and a terrace where the 12x5 meter swimming pool is located. The center of Saumur is just 5 kilometers away, and there are supermarkets conveniently located within 2 kilometers of the house.

Directions
To reach the large house, follow these travel directions: Head towards Tours via Langeais on the road located between the railway and the river Loire, on the north coast. After traveling for 1.5 kilometers and passing some houses called Le Chapeau, continue until you reach the end of the houses. Then, go under the little railway bridge, which is approximately 150 meters away. Take a left onto Jude Street and continue for 1.8 kilometers. Finally, turn right, and you will arrive at the large house.
