Welcome to our charming gite, situated in the heart of the magnificent Loire castles region. Just a stone's throw away from the renowned Beauval zoo, our 3-star accommodation is conveniently located only 800 meters from the medieval town of Saint Aignan. Nestled in a tranquil corner, our gite offers a spacious and independent 400 m² fenced garden area.Immerse yourself in the rich history of this medieval town with a delightful Saturday morning walk. Our gite comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 persons and boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, bouloir, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Relax in our cozy dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and TV. The bedroom features a double bed and a child's bed measuring 140/200 and 90/165 respectively. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and washing machine.
For your convenience, we provide Wifi and baby accessories upon request. Pets are also welcomed with an additional fee of 20 euros per animal. Our rates are as follows: 155 euros for a weekend stay (from Saturday to Saturday), 295 euros for a week, and 320 euros per week during high season. We are also flexible with rental periods, depending on availability. We gladly accept holiday vouchers.
Optional services include a cleaning fee of 28 euros, a sheet package for 9 euros per bed, and bath towels for 5 euros per person.
