Description for B&B:

The castle of Prauthoy is ideally situated on the border of three stunning regions: Champagne, Burgundy, and Franche Comté. Originally a cherished family home, it has been fully renovated and transformed into charming cottages since 2001. The welcoming and hospitable owners will gladly share their "castle life" with you. They are also eager to guide you in discovering the most exquisite destinations around Prauthoy, all within an average one-hour drive. In addition to its five distinctively styled rooms and suites, each evoking a different era, you will delight in wandering through the expansive 6.3-hectare park that surrounds the castle. During the summer months, you can relax by the tranquil swimming pool. As you explore, you will stumble upon surprises such as a captivating grotto, a 16th-century cellar, and a converted former kitchen now serving as a small museum. This enchanting castle serves as an ideal base for uncovering one of France's best-kept secrets - a region that remains unspoiled and delightfully untamed.
