The villa features a spacious kitchen with ample cupboards, including 4 electric plates with a cooker hood. It is also equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, and enough cutlery for 8 people, which can be arranged on the extendable table.The living room boasts a cozy fireplace with firewood and exposed beams. It opens up to a large terrace facing south through a double glazed glass door. For the safety of children, the terrace is enclosed by a glass wall. The garden furniture is placed around the barbecue area, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, where you will find a bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms features a picturesque double glazed picture window, offering views of the southeast-facing pergola. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, and a shower-bath. Additionally, there are storage drawers and a tiled worktop for baby essentials.
The villa is equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay. There is a third bedroom facing west, furnished with two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
On the ground garden level, there is a pool that is secured by wrought iron gates. The pool area is surrounded by a spacious terrace, which provides natural shelter from winds and prying eyes. The gates to the pool area are inaccessible to young children, ensuring their safety.
The property offers a garage for one car, as well as private parking space for up to three cars. Please note that there is a separate studio on the ground garden level, occupied by the owner and not included in the rental part of the villa.
