This description is for a house located in the heritage listed village of Godewaersvelde, situated in the heart of the Monts de Flandres, just a few kilometers from the Belgian border. Godewaersvelde is easily accessible and is a 30-minute drive from Lille and the Opal Coast, as well as being 10 km away from Poperinge. The house itself dates back to 1870 and is located in the center of the village, providing a pleasant setting for both business and leisure stays in the region. The first floor of the house houses three spacious and comfortable boutique guest rooms, each with their own unique features.The Sweet Duplex room, measuring 35m2, features a living room with a sofa bed (140/200) and a double bed (160/200), a bathroom with a shower (120/90) and a basin, as well as a separate toilet. The Garden of Dreams room, approximately 25m2 in size, offers a double bed (160/200), a futon sofa, a bathroom with a corner bath and a basin, and a separate toilet. Both rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.
The third bedroom, measuring 25m2, features a double bed, a private shower room, and a private toilet. On the ground floor, guests have access to a living room with a selection of books and brochures, as well as a veranda with game counters. Meals can be arranged upon reservation. The house is surrounded by a 1900m² enclosed garden, with a designated area for bike storage and a garden lounge.
Nearby attractions include Belgium (7 km), Cassel (15 km), Ypres (22 km) with its Flanders Fields Museum and Last Post ceremony, Bray-Dunes (38 km), Lille and Saint-Omer (40 km), Malo-les-Bains (46 km), and the Louvre-Lens (58 km). Take the A25/E42 and exit at Steenvoorde/Poperinge (Exit 13). Follow the signs for Poperinge. At the first roundabout, take the last exit. At the second roundabout, go straight. At the third roundabout, take the first right towards Godewaersvelde. Continue for approximately 3 km until you reach the village center. The house will be located about 500 meters after the entrance sign, on your right. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence.

Continue straight and the house will be on your left. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence.
From Bailleul:
Head towards Méteren. In Méteren, take a right onto Rue des 4 son Aymon (direction Godewaersvelde). Continue for approximately 7 km, passing through Mont des Cats, until you reach Godewaersvelde. At the village entrance, go straight until you reach the stop sign. Continue straight and the house will be on your left. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence.
