Description for B&B:
We are offering a 75 m2 rental at a small fee, which is quite competitive compared to other rentals of similar size. This offer is not because the location is inconvenient or the property is in a dirty or degraded state. On the contrary, it is a luxurious accommodation situated in the heart of Troyes. Our aim is not to criticize others, but to combine business with pleasure. By offering a lower price for our accommodation, we hope to enable you to spend more on our local businesses, restaurants, and other attractions, thus giving a boost to the economy of Troyes. The apartment is located in a 16th-century building that has been completely renovated, providing a brand new and comfortable living space. It is well-insulated from cold and noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location is highly advantageous, as it is situated right in the heart of Troyes, with easy access to both the city center and the historic tourist sites. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and meticulously maintained. To ensure the utmost cleanliness, I personally provide the sheets to protect the mattress and duvet.
